Anna joined NRG Research Group’s Calgary office in September 2017 as a Research Consultant. Anna is an MSc candidate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Calgary, currently awaiting the oral defense of her thesis on unethical decision-making in the workplace. She also obtained a BA with First Class Honors in Psychology from the University of Calgary.

Anna brings a great deal of research experience and expertise to her role at NRG. During her time at the University of Calgary, she was involved as a Research Assistant in a number of psychology labs; Anna also conducted lectures and training sessions as a Teaching Assistant in Experimental Design and Quantitative Methods.

In addition to her academic experience, Anna also brings real-world research experience to her role. She worked as a High-Inference Coder with metaBUS, where she was involved in the creation of a big-data cloud-based research platform that conducts an instant meta-analysis on organization behavior and human resource variables. Additionally, she worked as a consultant with Viewpoint Group on studies relating to boards of directors and social return on investment.

In her spare time, Anna enjoys cooking, hiking, camping, and exploring the Rocky Mountains. She also describes herself as a “dog enthusiast” who loves spending time with furry friends.
