Kim joined NRG Research Group in 2011, bringing with her more than six years of prior experience in all stages of the research process. In her role as Research Consultant she works closely with her clients in financial, transportation, and post secondary education institutes, among others. Kim cultivates strong working relationships with her clients, which give her a deep understanding of her clients’ organizational objectives. Combined with an ability to tailor the research approach and reporting to meet client needs, Kim is a dedicated and efficient research partner.

As a result of her research training, Kim ensures that every questionnaire is meaningful for all audiences who will be interacting with them: clients, programmers, interviewers, and respondents. This attention to detail ensures that her insights are well informed and her clients receive excellent research value on every project. Internally, she is a mentor for her colleagues and she co-edits NRG’s monthly newsletter, the Source.

Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alberta. When not devoting herself to the finer points of market research you'll probably find her sampling a new craft beer from the Lower Mainland (and beyond!); dreaming of, or actually engaging in, travel; and learning to speak German.
