Lucia Henare joined NRG as a Research Consultant in August 2016, with a specialty and background in advanced analytics. Since joining NRG, Lucia has been working with both public and private sector clients, putting her advanced analytics skills to use to develop attitudinal segments and design advanced conjoint models.

Lucia has recently moved to Canada from New Zealand where she accumulated over 10 years experience in Market Research, originally beginning her career with TNS New Zealand. Her background lies in a mix of both marketing strategy and market research and includes experience in FMCG, grocery retail, automotive, insurance and agribusiness. Prior to joining NRG, Lucia was Senior Market Strategist within a boutique Marketing Strategy and Research agency where she managed numerous quantitative brand tracking accounts. Lucia has a broad range of research experience including brand and advertising tracking, sensory research, new product development and customer satisfaction.

Lucia is a passionate researcher with a strong client focus. She has a love for working with advanced analytics and modelling and is also focussed on creating engaging and dynamic reports for clients. Lucia holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing major) and Bachelor of Arts (Statistics major) from the University of Auckland in New Zealand.

In her spare time Lucia enjoys hiking outdoors, baking and learning to cook a variety of ethnic cuisines. She also has a passion for craft beer and is enjoying sampling what Alberta and Canada have to offer as well as trying to develop some skills in home brewing.
