Since joining NRG as a Research Consultant in 2008, Liddie has been instrumental in the growth and development of the Vancouver office, both in business and as a team leader. Leveraging her experience with organizations ranging from start-ups to Crown Corporations, Liddie’s understanding of client needs allows her to build strong partnerships with her clients focused on developing research solutions that are relevant, meaningful and actionable.

With expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research projects, she coordinates research teams internally and continually exceeds expectations for delivering results on time and on budget. She works tirelessly to ensure her team is constantly improving their skills, abilities, and depth of knowledge. Liddie believes that clients receive the highest quality research and service when there is a competent and motivated group of professionals responsible for all aspects of a research project.

Liddie earned her CMRP in 2015 as well as holds a Master of Business Administration from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria. She received her focus group moderation training from The Burke Institute. When she is not cheering on her beloved Canucks, Liddie works on her line-drives in the off-season as a tenure player on the El Caminos softball team, which is currently in the fourth year of a drive for 5 championships in Vancouver’s Crosstown Softball League.
