Natalia joined NRG Research Group in May 2017 as a Research Assistant in the Vancouver office. Natalia brings a depth of enthusiasm for market research to her role, as well as a strong background in research and project management. Prior to joining NRG, she worked as a Research Coordinator at CRC Research, following her previous roles as a Teaching Assistant at McGill and UBC, Research Assistant at the UBC Sauder School of Business, and Customer Relationship Manager at Playtika.

Natalia has a great deal of experience in managing multiple research projects throughout all stages of research, from survey design to recruitment and reporting. Natalia's research interests include health care studies, institutional research, lotteries and gaming, and survey design. She particularly enjoys uncovering market research insights through her work.

Natalia earned her MA in Sociology at McGill University and also holds a BA in Sociology with a minor in Commerce from UBC. Natalia speaks a number of languages including Russian, Ukrainian, English, and French.

In her spare time, Natalia can be found exploring the West Coast mountains by cycling, hiking, and skiing. She also loves to travel, bake, and read (nonfiction books are her favourite). Natalia is also a board member of the BC Chapter of the Marketing Research and Intelligence Association (MRIA) and volunteers for a number of other organizations in her community.
