Tim has nearly 20 years experience in solving business problems through research and providing actionable consumer and customer insights. He has worked on both the supplier and client sides including Vision Critical, Coast Capital Savings, Tourism British Columbia (now Destination BC), and Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC).

Through his client side experiences, Tim brings first-hand knowledge of how to effectively translate research results into corporate strategy. As a supplier, he has worked with a number of high profile business clients in Canada and the United States. Tim is a skilled and versatile researcher who has worked on a broad range of projects including customer satisfaction research, advertising tracking, brand equity measurement, product development and testing, public opinion polls and market profiling. He is also an experienced in-person and online focus group moderator, facilitating groups for a variety of clients including retailers, government and packaged goods companies.

Tim holds a Master of Arts in Geography from the University of Victoria and can occasionally be found rockin' out with his bands, China Syndrome and Pill Squad.
