Online Focus Groups

You can determine the breadth and depth of the focus group you want to participate in the online discussion. Are you looking to involve a sample of your clients who may be spread out geographically? Or perhaps customize a selection of panel members from our database of 400,000 Canadian and 4,000,000 US names.
In an online focus group, NRG recruits research participants from client-supplied lists or from NRG’s customized lists and provides them with unique link and password for a website. Participants may be asked to log in to the site several times over a two- or three-day period. Just like a face-to-face focus group, participants respond to the moderator’s questions and comment on other participants’ answers. The moderator is able to add questions at any time and guide the discussions.
As a client, you can view the discussions as they happen. And all text from the discussions is stored in a database for review and analysis.
