Some features of our system—
- 144 CATI (computer aided telephone interviewing) stations providing 700 hours of residential interviewing and 900 hours of business interviewing each day
- English, French, Chinese and Punjabi interviewing, with other languages available on request
- Proactive and predictive dialing
- Ability to email or fax respondents during survey
- Digital recording of surveys
- Digital sound file (.wav) playback during survey
- Ability to present surveys on-screen in 2-bit character (e.g., Chinese, Arabic)
If your objectives call for both telephone and online data collection, we can also manage this. Respondents could have the choice of completing a survey by telephone, online, or a combination of the two.
