Russell G. Noseworthy, Senior Research Associate
Mr. Noseworthy is a seasoned market and public opinion research professional with over ten years of experience. He is a senior researcher with NRG Research Group and a lead member of the companies public affairs practice group, providing service to all levels of Government in Canada. He has held similar senior positions in Ottawa’s leading public affairs, market and public opinion research firms. Mr. Noseworthy has also worked as a Senior Research Advisor to the Government of Canada. He has designed, analyzed, and reported on research programs employing qualitative and/or quantitative research methods to the Canadian Intellectual Property Office, Health Canada, Service Canada, The Canadian Food Inspection Agency, the Privy Council Office, Environment Canada (EC), The Department of Public Works and Government Services, the Public Health Agency of Canada, Elections Canada, Industry Canada, Parks Canada and Canadian Heritage.

He has completed many nightly tracking surveys such as rolling and/or iterative polling supporting many Government of Canada (GOC) communication efforts in the environmental, financial and healthcare sectors - including gauging the Canadian publics’ reactions to several Speeches from the Throne, various healthcare initiatives of the GOC such as the Romano Report, and the GOC’s Green Plan.
