Adam Di Paula, Senior Vice President

Beginning as a junior project manager, Adam has risen to become one of the most respected professionals in the market research industry in North America.
Health care and Insurance are his primary areas of expertise, but he also has extensive experience in the areas of:
- Public transportation
- Lotteries and gaming
- Education
- Crime and public safety
- Travel and tourism
- City and regional planning
He is well versed in quantitative and qualitative research methods, and often completes assignments that integrate the two methods.
Adam designed IMPES – NRG’s patient satisfaction survey tool – in response to a growing need for accurate and reliable healthcare data. He also developed a model for diagnosing problems in customer service. This model has been taught to MBA students at the Stanford University School of Business.
He received his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Social Psychology from the University of British Columbia (UBC) and earned focus group moderation training from The Riva Institute. Adam has also taught social research methods at UBC and Simon Fraser University.
