Albert Christensen, Research Manager
For more than a decade Albert has worked closely with Lorraine Macdonald, NRG’s Vice President, putting his practical project management experience to work.
Albert ensures all aspects of the research process meet the highest quality standards and provides on-time and on-budget solutions. He is fully conversant with complicated study designs involving telephone, in-person, mail and online components. He is recognized for his on-site research expertise, having managed countless in-person projects, some involving hundreds of interviewers and sites across Canada.
Most recently he has fielded projects for energy and oil companies, convention centres, public transportation organizations and all levels of government. He is well-versed in quantitative research types with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and loyalty, new product proposals and testing, brand awareness, employee satisfaction, economic impact evaluations and mystery shopping.
Albert holds a BA in Sociology (Honours) from the University of Lethbridge.
