Liddie Sorensen-Lawrence, Research Consultant

Liddie brings a background in both marketing and market research to NRG. She leverages that experience to develop research solutions that show clients the impact of marketing efforts and how their future marketing dollars can be most effectively spent.

Working with both qualitative and quantitative research projects, she coordinates research teams internally and continually delivers results on time and on budget.

Prior to joining NRG, Liddie spent a number of years developing and managing research projects for Tourism BC, and was responsible for developing and evaluating key marketing and evaluation initiatives. She managed a range of CRM initiatives and developed and maintained consumer databases containing information from more than one million households. She also designed and directed studies to evaluate the impact of online and direct mail advertising and developed recommendations that increased the effectiveness of subsequent marketing campaigns.

At NRG, Liddie also develops communications, messaging and creative. In a marketing management position she held prior to joining NRG, Liddie was responsible for all advertising, marketing strategy development, marketing collateral and customer relations initiatives.

Liddie holds a Master of Business Administration from Queen’s and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria. She received her focus group moderation training from The Burke Institute.

Liddie is also a past recipient of the national Joseph Doyle Award, which is given to the top student in the Fundamentals of Marketing Research course administered by the Marketing Research and Intelligence Association (MRIA).
