Richard Elias, Research Consultant - Analytics
Richard’s skills in statistical analysis and quantitative and qualitative research design have earned him a number of awards and fellowships for his research on social policy issues, and research grants from the Government of Canada and the Government of Ontario.
But Richard isn’t satisfied to simply answer questions for his clients. “The advantage of conducting research with NRG is the creativity and energy that our team brings to each project. We go beyond the numbers to give our clients meaningful and actionable information."
Richard has extensive experience in data analysis, including structural equation modeling, complex regression modeling and factor analysis. He has also developed an analytical approach for isolating the different kinds of impacts that customer service attributes can have on retention and satisfaction.
Before joining NRG, Richard was a consultant to the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care on risk-based monitoring projects. His work involved developing and evaluating risk management strategies for health care operations, analyzing health databases, conducting program evaluations and facilitating workgroup sessions.
Richard’s responsibilities include project management, research design, research analyses, reporting and presenting. He holds a Master of Arts degree in applied social psychology from the University of Guelph.
