Shawn Clements, Human Resource Manager
Shawn’s time is spent recruiting, selecting, motivating and empowering field staff, and implementing field policy and processes. He is constantly looking to find new and innovative hiring and retention practices.

Shawn earned his Human Resources Management Certificate from Red River College, with expertise in training and development, as well as compensation and benefits. Shawn also completed the International Business program sponsored by Red River College in Valencia, Spain.
He is a member of the Human Resources Association of Manitoba, regularly attending workshops and seminars, following issues and emerging trends in the Human Resources field.
