We have focus group facilities in downtown Winnipeg and Vancouver.
NRG maintains state-of-the-art facilities to ensure participant comfort, client accessibility, and data collection excellence.
NRG’s Winnipeg facility can accommodate up to 15 clients in the spacious backroom, with two TV screens to ensure everyone has an unobstructed view of the groups. Our focus group room has a large 2 section movable table that can seat eleven, plus the moderator. Our client room is equipped with a full kitchen with a convection microwave oven, stovetop and full fridge. The kitchen is fully separated from the client room with a door and wall to ensure there are no distractions during groups.
Please note that our Winnipeg focus group facility is in a separate building from our professional office. NRG’s Vancouver focus group room features modern adjustable leather seating and a custom boardroom table to provide an executive-level experience for up to ten participants. The venue also accommodates IDI’s and Usability testing, with a live feed from the participant’s computer screen to the client room. Our client room is designed for 6 to 8 viewers. We are equipped with a mini bar for clients, and front row seating close to the 2-way mirror.
