Who We Are

The history and leadership of NRG represents more than half a century of experience in market and public affairs research. Our senior management team includes Brian Owen, CEO, Richard McQuarrie, President, and Senior Vice Presidents Adam Di Paula, and Andrew Enns.

Dr. Owen, a former business professor, is the founder of NRG Research Group. Over a 20-year period, Dr. Owen transformed his first company, Western Opinion Research, into the leading market and public opinion research firm in western Canada, and one of the leading firms of its kind in North America. He then formed NRG Research Group in 2005 from the merger of Western Opinion Research and Nordic Research Group. The merger brought together some of North America’s leading research professionals, enabling NRG to provide expert and professional research services to clients in all situations.
