Lorraine Macdonald, CMRP, Vice President
Lorraine brings to NRG a long and successful track record using research to help clients solve problems and maximize opportunities. In her 20+ years in research, she has formed partnerships with clients, working with them to understand their business and ensuring all research projects are designed to meet their business objectives. She is a highly respected researcher who has earned the trust of her many long-term clients as well as industry colleagues. Her key responsibilities at NRG include proposal writing (new business development), designing and implementing research projects, analyzing data, report writing and presentation of results, as well as client service.
Lorraine has worked extensively with energy and utility companies, oil and gas companies, financial institutions, telecommunications providers, non-profit organizations, government agencies, crown corporations and retail organizations. The types of research Lorraine has conducted is long and varied, and includes customer satisfaction research, advertising pre-post research, market studies, awareness, usage & attitude studies, customer loyalty research, new product/concept evaluations, public opinion polling, employee satisfaction, consumer and business to business research. Furthermore, she has experience with all types of methodologies (telephone, in-person, mail, on-line, panel, etc.).
