Andrew Enns, Senior Vice President
Through his work with one of NRG's predecessor companies, Western Opinion Research, Andrew Enns quickly established himself as a leading Canadian market and public affairs research specialist.
Today, as one of NRG Research Group's senior practice group leaders, he directs projects for clients in a number of sectors, including telecommunications, insurance, lotteries and public affairs. Andrew also plays a senior role in the management of NRG with responsibilities in the areas of strategic planning, business development, employee training and recruitment.
Andrew's knowledge and experience in all areas of market and public opinion research enables him to provide clients with the information and strategic advice they need to address any issue or opportunity. Both directly and as a practice group leader, Andrew is involved in all aspects of research studies, including design, report writing and overall project management.
Andrew also serves as a senior focus group moderator at NRG and helps to lead the moderating team that services the Federal Government in the delivery of their Standing Offer research requirements. As a moderator he brings an innovative, thoughtful moderating style that has been found to be very effective with a range of different research populations. Andrew has moderated focus groups, triads and dyads with a range of different demographic groups, including teens, First Nations and various ethnic communities.
Prior to entering the research field, Andrew spent over a decade working in various senior political and public sector roles in Ottawa, Toronto and Winnipeg. Federally he worked for Members of Parliament and Cabinet Ministers. Provincially he worked in the offices of the Premiers of both Ontario and Manitoba.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science from the University of Manitoba.
