Tim Robinson is one of the market research industry's leading information technology specialists. With over ten years of experience Tim possesses an in-depth knowledge and appreciation of the work flow within a market research firm. Using this knowledge Tim is able to design and implement effective technology solutions for the employees and clients of NRG.

Designing, implementing and maintaining the technology infrastructure at NRG is Tim's primary task. Because our client's trust NRG with confidential business data, network security and data integrity are paramount in the design philosophy and policy decisions surrounding the network. In conjunction with these principles, usability is a primary concern. Tim's guiding policy is that the network has to serve the needs of its clients, both internal and external, while simultaneously remaining secure, flexible and expandable.

Tim is involved extensively in designing and generating complex random samples for projects. Using various geographic and data sources he is able to generate random samples for complex geographies while maintaining a standardized demographic profile for the geography. This enables NRG to apply various statistical methods to the results of a study because of our knowledge of the relevant population. Moreover, these results are replicable because a standardized demographic profile was employed for the creation of the sample and rigorous methods are followed throughout the operational phase of all research projects.

Tim has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree from the University of Alberta.
